Mr. William J. Lawless practises in the fields of corporate law and financing, including in particular private equity and traditional lending investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
Mr. Lawless joined the firm as a lawyer in the winter of 2021 after having completed his law articling position. He is a law alumnus from Université Laval.
During his university studies, Mr. Lawless worked for the ministerial offices of the Ministers of Environment, Tourism and Justice. He also participated in the Prague, Montreal and Bordeaux editions of the Canada-Québec-European Union European Parliament Model (SPECQUE), notably as Canadian Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
