Mr. Hugues Ryan practises mainly in the fields of corporate and commercial law and financing.
Mr. Ryan joined the firm as a lawyer after completing his articling. He devotes most of his practice to merger and acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations as well as private financing. As such, he specializes in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements in the field of commercial law.
