Partner. Mr. Johnson practises in the area of labour and employment law, acting on behalf of private sector companies, particularly in the manufacturing, agri-food and service sectors. He also represents employers in major disputes involving pension plan. He has represented clients before numerous administrative tribunals and civil courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. In addition, he represents employers in collective bargaining.

He was selected by his peers for inclusion in the sisth edition of Best Lawyers list (2012) for Canada in the areas of Labour and Employment and was also named the Best Lawyers'2012 Quebec City Wakers' Compensation Law Lawyer of the Year, Quebec City Area.
